Frequently Asked

Everything You Need To Know
How does BatGlow work?
BatGlow mounts to your car door and projects a bright bat-shaped light onto the pavement when the door is opened. Close the door and the light switches off automatically.
Does BatGlow require batteries?
Yes. Each BatGlow projector requires 3 AAA batteries. Batteries are not included, so we recommend having them ready before installation.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. After your order ships, delivery usually takes approximately 8–12 business days, depending on your destination. Tracking information is sent by email once your order is on the way.
Is installation difficult?
No complicated wiring is required. BatGlow is designed for a simple wireless installation on the inside of your car door so you can get the effect without modifying your vehicle's electrical system.
Will BatGlow fit my car?
BatGlow is designed to work with most cars, SUVs, trucks and other vehicles with a suitable flat mounting area on the inside of the door. Check the mounting space before installation for the best result.
What comes with my order?
Your BatGlow set includes 2 car door projector lights, allowing you to upgrade two doors on your vehicle. AAA batteries are not included.
Can I see the projection during the day?
BatGlow is made for maximum impact in darker conditions. The projection looks brightest and most defined at night, in parking garages, or in other low-light environments.
Does the light stay on all the time?
No. BatGlow is designed to activate when the door opens and switch off when the door closes, helping preserve battery life while keeping the effect automatic.
